I needed to switch locations due to the horrible conditions at the Holiday Inn on Schoolcraft in Livonia. Such a difference in every aspect of the stay. Jenna at the front desk is not an apologist (which is good considering she should not have to take responsibility for another location) but was empathetic and expedited the check in process. To have customer service that actually presents as customer service is pretty refreshing. Rooms were clean, bed was perfect for my back and the breakfast was set by 7am. Grateful that this was our landing spot.

Had some issues with my check in. But the front desk lady was very helpful. Nice clean rooms. At the time there is few parking spots due to some construction work so you have to walk a little bit. Great location for business travel.
Just know there is no restaurant here. It is closed permanently but they are building a new one out front but that's a ways out yet. They did say they had breakfast but I didn't try it out.
The building is under some construction currently, but the service was unmatched. Specifically, Crystal at the check-in desk was super helpful and friendly. I would book this hotel alone just because the staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend that they put soap in the shower too (there was a small bar of soap at the sink), but I loved that it was Dove. The parking was a bit limited due to the construction, but certainly, this will change once the construction is completed.
During a 2 weeks stay with a pup we had such a pleasant experience. Customer service was excellent!! The whole team was great & a special kudos to Andrea who greeted us every morning. We could tell she was working hard but never hesitated to take a moment to help us. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
Platinum Elite on business. From check in to my room was perfect. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. My rate was also very good. I would stay here again!
we've stayed several times for family/ business travel. staff are always friendly and helpful. rooms are cleaned well and comfy. we have a well behaved dog and they welcome him with a deposit. well worth the price. Good location and exceeded my expectations with every stay
